We just came through a series on the ten qualities of a leader who leads with significance. One who is able to look back at the end of their life and say “I made a difference in the lives of the people around me.”
Today is our final session and I get to talk about one of my favorite hobbies (especially now that we are approaching nicer weather.) I share how golf can make you a more significant leader.
Game Plan
Think of one person who you would like to see reach their potential. What is one thing you can do over this next week to encourage them on their journey?
If you’re interested in learning more about our new one-on-one leadership intensive, Leading With Significance, where we talk about this quality and go into greater depth in your leadership development, use our Contact Us form to let me know and we’ll be in touch.
