Today I discuss the main difference between success and significance and what great leaders do that many good leaders don’t.

Game Plan

Practice these two things this week. Write down how it felt, and how it was received by the other person.

  1. Ask questions. The best question is “Can you tell me more?”
  2. Listen with the intent to understand not to give your opinion. What’s your opinion-to-question ratio?
