Two of my favorite Christmas carols are O Holy Night (the Mariah Carey version) and Little Drummer Boy (the Pentatonix version.) If you pay attention to the lyrics of Little Drummer Boy, it’s the story of a young boy who feels like he has nothing to offer a king. But he does have his drum and decides to play it. And the king ends up smiling at him.
This song taught me a valuable lesson about life.
